What we collect
When you send an application we collect your name, email address, company name, a link to your pitch deck (required on the application, optional on the two waitlists), an optional website, what you write in the open questions, and the international accelerator you most want to apply to. A few questions also let you type a short answer of your own. When you join a waitlist, for the workshops or the Founders Playbook, we collect your name, email address, and your answers to a few short multiple-choice questions. Nothing else on this site asks for personal information.
Why we collect it
To assess your application, to keep you on the list you joined, and to contact you about it, including telling you when a workshop or the course opens. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market anything unrelated to GVA.
Who sees it
The GVA partners reviewing applications and running the programs. Your submission is delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, and stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare so the list is kept in one place. Both only handle it on our behalf.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people move through the site, and we record which campaign or link brought you here so we know what is working. This is not linked to your name unless you send an application.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to tina@gva.tw and we will act on it.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept while a cohort is being selected and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you apply again. Waitlist entries are kept until the workshop or course they belong to has opened, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
